I had a birthday celebration a few days ago and our air conditioner units failed. Someone recommended I called Personalized Power Systems. The party went on while the technician tried to repair our units. It was past midnight and the technician tried his very best. He couldn’t fix it but promised to come the next morning which he did and brought another technician with him. It took a few hours but they finally fixed the units. I was very impressed with this company. They were very professional and showed compassion. You can tell these technicians are passionate about their craft. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I was extremely pleased with the work performed by Personalized Power Systems (PPS). PPS provided a written estimate in complete detail on the very first visit. PPS fully explained their proposal and the various electrical and plumbing requirements. In addition, PPS provided an excellent maintenance contract and warranty. PPS was always on time for appointments and there were no variances from the original estimate of work required and price. I had other companies provide proposals and PPS was the most price competitive of all.
